Digital Command Center

Digital Command Centers (DCC) have become table stakes for modern facility management. When the “World’s Most Famous Arena” wanted to modernize their facility operations, they knew they needed their own customized DCC. 
After performing extensive workshops with various stake holders, a centralized physical location inside the arena was designed that harnesses the power of technology, promotes cross functional collaboration and allows for real time decision making in a state of the art environment.
Currently under construction, this DCC is slated to be fully operational by 2024.
